TECHNICAL EDUCATION & TRAINING:
All of Diversified Environmental Planning's employees and associates are college educated and have a minimum of 20 years of experience in their respective fields. Every employee and associate receives a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education per year. Diversified Environmental Planning also offers Design-Build services in the Northeast Florida area and Expert Witness Services thru-out Florida.
EXPERIENCE:
DEP was founded in 1973 by Hilton T. Meadows, RLA0000339. Previously, the business operated for seven years in Pensacola, Florida. Hilton Meadows, the Founder, has directly participated in 80% of the over 2,000 projects completed since the company was first started. Scott Meadows, CEI, has participated in over 1,100 projects since joining the firm full-time in 1988. Projects have ranged in scale from a single family residence to 2,000+ acre mixed use developments. Projects have been designed and developed in twenty (20) states including: Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Ohio, Indiana, Washington D.C., Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Both Hilton and Scott Meadows have provided Expert Witness testimony in the areas of :Planning; Landscape Architectural Design; Contract Administration for Planning, Design, Construction and Facilities Management related Activities; Landscape Design, Installation and Maintenance; Irrigation Design and Installation; Stormwater Design and Permitting; Plant and Sod Selection; Soil Issues.

Approximatelt 75% of all of DEP's projects originate from repeat customers. Several of our repeat customers include: KBJ Architects; PQH Architects; Robert Taylor Architects; Kingsley Construction; Altman Construction; Fisher & Simmons Architects; Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; Wharton Donaldson, Architect; Gordon Meade, Investor; John Sessions, Investor; Frederic Levin, Esquire, Investor; among others.
Crystal Springs Road Park, situated on a reclaimed landfill site, was designed and constructed for the City of Jacksonville, Florida.
